A different kind of visibility
Until now, "being found online" meant showing up in a list of results, or being cited in a text answer. There's a third level almost no local business has yet: an autonomous AI agent — not a person, not a chatbot inside your site — being able to discover and directly use your business's real capabilities.
What we built, specifically
A real MCP server
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the standard that lets an AI agent call real tools about Luvory's business — not just read text, but query services and pricing in a structured way, through a verifiable protocol.
An A2A (Agent2Agent) agent
An endpoint another AI agent can use to ask direct questions about Luvory and get a real answer, generated from the business's genuine content, not invented text.
The right discovery files
An agent needs to know these capabilities exist before it can use them — that means correct `.well-known` files, a real API catalog, and an Agent Card with the exact schema these systems expect.
The discipline behind it: never fabricate what doesn't exist
The most important decision in this work wasn't technical, it was a matter of principle: never publish a discovery file pointing to a capability that doesn't genuinely exist. It's tempting to check every box on an "AI-agent-ready" checklist without building anything real behind it — but a real agent that trusts that file and fails when it tries to use it loses trust in the source, which is worse than simply not having the capability.
Why this matters now, even though it seems early
Autonomous AI agent adoption is still low compared to traditional search — but that's exactly what makes building this infrastructure now, while almost no one else has it, a real advantage rather than just a technical checklist item.
