Website and SEO for Mobile Office Trailer Rental Companies
Written by the Dizayn team
Summary
- Generic mobile office searches on Google are dominated by national rental companies. A local company wins in its own city and on specific models.
- The hardest-working page is the spec page per model: dimensions, capacity, a starting rate and real photos.
- Contractors decide at the jobsite, on a phone, so the site has to load fast.
- Vexon case study: 97 to 99 mobile performance in Lighthouse, with the main content appearing in 0.57 s on a phone.
Case study: Vexon
Vexon rents mobile offices for construction, remodeling and industry in Guadalajara, Mexico. It needed a site for builders and companies that decide on a phone, at the jobsite: one that quickly answered which model fits and led straight to a quote. What we built:
- A sales landing where every section ends in a pre-written WhatsApp quote.
- An 8-model catalog with a full spec page per model, filters, a comparison tool and a picker.
- A quote form and pages per customer type: builders, remodelers and industrial plants.
- Local SEO, business and product structured data, and Markdown versions of the pages for AI.
| Metric | Result | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Mobile performance | 97-99 | Lighthouse, 6 page types, October 2026 |
| Accessibility, best practices and SEO | 100 / 100 / 100 | Lighthouse, 6 page types, October 2026 |
| Main content load on mobile | 0.57 s | Real Chrome, Oct 19, 2026 |
| JavaScript on the home page | 4 KB | Production build, compressed |
The site launched in October 2026; search results will be added to the case as Google indexes it. The full case is in our portfolio.
Additional case: Luvory
Luvory, a luxury restroom rental company for events, is our case with the longest measured run: per its Search Console, from April to September 2026 it went from 1,431 to 12,542 monthly Google impressions and from 50 to 235 clicks. See the Luvory case study.
What pages does a mobile office rental site need?
| Page | What it answers |
|---|---|
| Spec page per model | Dimensions, capacity, starting rate, photos and floor plan |
| Comparison | Which model fits which use |
| By customer type | What a builder, a remodeler or a plant needs |
| Delivery area | Cities served, lead times and freight cost |
| Quote flow | Model, dates and jobsite address |
National rental companies rank with floor-plan and location pages. A local company can do the same at its own scale: every model it really rents, every area it really serves.
Why does speed matter so much here?
Your buyer is often standing on a jobsite with a weak signal. A page that takes several seconds to show anything gets abandoned for the next result. Vexon's site is a static site with almost no JavaScript, tested with Lighthouse on every change, which is how it reaches 0.57 s on a real phone.
What makes a spec page convert?
- The numbers up top: dimensions, capacity, power and hookups, and a "from" rate.
- Real photos of the unit you'll deliver, inside and out.
- A comparison with the next size up and down, so the buyer doesn't leave to compare elsewhere.
- The quote at the end of every section, pre-filled with the model they're looking at.
How does local SEO work for office trailer rentals?
If you deliver to jobsites, on Google Business Profile you're a service-area business: one profile, up to 20 service areas, no more than about 2 hours of driving time from your yard. If customers also come to your yard, Google treats you as a hybrid business and the address can show. Build area pages only where you really deliver, with real lead times.
How we work
We build the website and run the SEO remotely from Guadalajara, Mexico, on your business hours, with an English-language contract and USD invoices. Want to know what your current site is missing? Send it to us and we'll reply with a free review.
FAQ
- How much does a website for a mobile office rental company cost?
- With Dizayn, $3,000 to $15,000 USD per project depending on the number of models, the quote flow and service-area pages, with hosting included. Monthly SEO runs $1,200 to $4,000 USD.
- How can a local company compete with national rental companies on Google?
- In searches for your city and for specific models, not the generic ones. A spec page per model, area pages where you really deliver and reviews from local customers give Google reasons to show you in your area.
- Should I publish my office trailer rental rates?
- A starting monthly rate lets a contractor know you're in range before they call. If the price moves a lot with distance, duration or setup, publish the range and what changes it.
